At AndreMcCloud.com, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products and services. Please review our policy for physical and digital items below.

📚 Physical Products (Books, Journals, etc.)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect

To request a return:
Email andremccloud@att.net with your order number and reason for return.

Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

📄 Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds on eBooks, journals, workbooks, or downloadable content once it has been delivered.

If you experience any technical issues with accessing your file or did not receive your download, please contact us for immediate assistance.

🎯 Coaching or Consulting Services

All coaching or consulting session bookings are non-refundable once delivered. You may request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.
